Nikolay Oganezov is an active representative of the Russian betting market and the Chairman of the Subcommittee for Betting Activity and Totes of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. He is also a member of the Expert Council of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation on the application of legislation on advertising and protection against unfair competition.
Nikolay Oganezov actively defends the interests of representatives of the betting business, advocates softening the legal framework, and defends the need to revise it. He is a member of the working group of the Government of the Russian Federation on the implementation of the "regulatory guillotine". The expert lobbies for easing restrictions on bookmaker advertising and simplifying identification. As one of the most active representatives of the industry, Nikolay Oganezov raises these issues during discussions and at round tables at the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Sports, and the Ministry of Finance.
