Oleksiy Yevchenko is Vice President of the Ukrainian Gaming Industry Association, which has been operating since 2016. The organization was created to promote the legalization of the gambling industry in Ukraine, the development of legislative initiatives, and investment activity in the gambling market.
The expert is also a co-owner and managing partner of ArtBuild Hotel Group. The international group of companies develops and implements hotel projects of various scales in the markets of Ukraine, the USA, CIS countries, and Europe.
In 2015-2016, Oleksiy Yevchenko was an advisor on tourism to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade and a member of the expert council on tourism under the committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Since 2019, the expert has been actively involved in the discussion and development of legislative processes in the field of legalization of the Ukrainian gambling business. He is also a speaker at panel discussions, webinars, and round tables, as well as actively engaged in the conduction of information work.
In 2020, he actively participated in all stages of the development and discussion of the Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of activities for the organization and conduct of gambling", which brought the gambling business out of the shadows after 11 years of illegal work. He joined a specialized group that would create a gambling zone in the Odessa region called Dunaya.
